The Global Health Leadership Forum is an executive education offering from the University of California Berkeley, School of Public Health in partnership with the Economics and Health Research Center (CRES) of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. GHLF is a unique certificate program for health care leaders/executives focusing on globally-sourced innovations in health policy, technology, and management. For example: How to pay and incent providers, integrate care, incorporate low cost technology innovations, prioritize benefits and services, improve governance, and redesign health systems.

This continuing education program features interaction with renowned senior faculty and guest speakers from organizations such as the World Bank, WHO, and private industry leaders. In consultation with expert faculty, participants select a project based on "real world" country or company issues and work on it during the interim between each session.

After attending a 1/2 day field trip at Kaiser Permanente in the morning of October 9, GHLF participants will have the option to stay for a Kaiser Permanente International Program that begins the afternoon of October 9 and continues through October 11, 2013.
